Card Exchange - User Accounts lost in v9 > v10 migration

Issue: When i user is moving from a v9 install to a v10 install the user account information is not pulled across.


Solution:

•    Make multiple backups of the v9 data folder

•    Uninstall v9 from the client while keeping the data folder in the same location

•    Install the newest v10 from our site (this should be v10.5.0.6)

•    Start the software and without any configuration changes and see if it is able to pick up on the authorizations to start.


 If this doesn’t work, the next test  is to install v10 and let it install a new v10 data folder. Then, replace it with the v9 backup and copy over the cegateway.sqlite file from the v10 data folder to the main v9 data folder.
