Resetting passwords for accounts in Producer

Quesion


 In our Card Exchange application we can reset user account passwords from the Configuration tab and Account Setup, but the option to ask the user to change the password at next logon has stopped working. I can reset someone’s password and tick that box, but when I go back in the box has become unticked again. The person can log in with the new password I have set them, but they are not asked to choose a new one.


Solution


For the option must change password to work you can not define the password manually at the same time.
You can set the password and once they login with that password you  can then use the change password option
