The license remains valid even if they use up all the installs/reinstalls however, it must be manually relicensed for an additional use by CardExchange Support. Unfortunately we can not modify or delete the historical usage data of the license.
Once relicensed it is good for a one time use and application then must remain on the machine for the 12 months 1 day duration for the normal license accrual process to begin again.
