Please see below the instructions on if your desktop reader has a stable green or red led and not reading tokens:
First close the Net2 software down.
Make sure that your desktop reader is plugged into the physical PC and that it is not loose on the back of the reader.
Try unplugging it from both ends and plug them back in.
Next go to your Windows start button and click on it:
type in "Services" to the search bar and click on the application:
Locate the service called "Net2 Client Service" and click on either "Start" or "Restart":
Note: If the options are greyed out like the example below it means you need admin rights, contact your IT support for this permission.
Next open the Net2 Access Control Software and your desktop reader should now be flashing with a green light.
This means it is ready to enroll tokens.
If this keeps on happening, then contact your IT and see if they can keep the "Net2 Client Service" running.
