To try and help troubleshoot the issue with your Paxton cards/fobs please answer the following questions
1 . How many cards/fobs have you had issues with?
2. Does the Net2 Desktop Enrolment reader installed on the Paxton Net2 react to the problem cards/fobs in any way?
3. Does a wall reader closest to the Access Control Panel preferably directly connected to it beep or flash or allow access when the cards/fobs are presented?
4. Has the Net2 software been restarted and has the Desktop Enrolment reader been disconnected/reconnected to refresh the system? Sometimes the Net2 software will loose communication with the desktop reader. Only when the software is restarted can you read another card or fob.
