Information required when requesting config file from HID Omnikey

if requesting config for OK5427, then we always will need the following:

                · Full firmware versions of the OMNIKEY 5427 reader (Reader Information tab)

                · Card type (SEOS, iCLASS, Prox, MiFare Classic, DESFire EV1...)

                · Format of card (e.g. H10301 26bit, H10302 37bit, Corporate 1000 35bit ...)

                · What details need to be output (e.g. Facility Code, Card Number, CSN/UID ...)

                · What format should the output be (e.g. DEC, HEX, BIN...)
