The support utility is required: https://support.magicard.com/solution/rt-support-utility/ to adjust the heat settings on the Ultima printer.
Run as administrator -> Connect to the Ultima -> Settings -> Target temperature as shown below.
- Unfortunately its difficult to attain a straight card without using the ‘Bend solution’ in the driver which heats a card using the transfer panel on side 2.
