To change the print engine to try and resolve print+encode issues do the following..
- Select the card design you need to adjust the print engine setting on, on left.
- Click the configuration tab, click Card Designer.
- Click small blue tab top left of card design window..
- click Page Setup and choose the Template tab.
- You can then try one of the 3 different print engines used when Card Exchange prints and encodes a card.
