If you have double checked all the settings within Card Exchange and everything is set correctly using her XPS print engine and all the Mifare definitions are correct and you still are having issues try updating the ZMotif.dll file.

Download the latest ZMitif SDK from here..

https://www.zebra.com/us/en/forms/card/zxp-downloads.html

Copy this file found in the SDK files C:\Zebra\ZMotif SDKs\PrinterSDK\x86

Make a copy of the existing ZMotifPrinter.dll file within the card exchange directory.

Paste the new ZmotifPrinter.dll file  into C:\Program Files (x86)\CardExchange Solutions\CardExchange Gateway

  1. Find the Windows System folder in the Start menu
  2. Right click on the Command Prompt icon and select “Run as administrator”

Or

  1. Press Windows+R to open the “Run” box
  2. Type “cmd” into the box and then press Ctrl+Shift+Enter to run the command as an administrator

  1. In the command prompt window, type: cd “C:\Windows\syswow64”
  2. In the command prompt window, type: regsvr32.exe “C:\Program Files (x86)\CardExchange Solutions\CardExchange Gateway\ZMotifPrinter.dll”

This is assuming that the system is a 64 bit system.  If it is a 32 bit system, you can skip step 3.
