The object reference not sset error usually occurs when there is some type of change with the database or template, and something became unmapped or isn’t working anymore.
This could be within the card design itself, or the database connection.
Open up the Database setup wizard, run through it to make sure connecting is working okay, and that any updated database column fields are displayed correctly. Check that any storage items created are still valid.
Then, open the card designer and check all of the objects for any missing mappings, make sure all storage items have something mapped to them, and try again.
If the issue persists, you will need to trouble shoot whether the issue is the template or the database connection file. To do this, you can try creating a blank card, and attach the same database connection file used in the original template. If the error still occurs, then the issue could be with the database connection itself, and we would recommend that you create a new database connection with the same details on the card template that isn’t working.
If the issue does not occur on the new card template, then the issue would be on the card template itself. Try removing an object at a time and saving and see if a particular object is the source of the error. Once removed, see if you can copy the card design over to a new card design file, and add back the effecting object.
