If a user purchases a Badgemaker licence and is sent a registration URL in an email. They WILL NOT be able to register this using their existing Badgemaker account. (They can register multiple licence from directly within the Badgemaker software)
What we need to do in these instances, is tell the user to log out of Badgemaker and follow the registration URL again. It will prompt them to create a new account.
They will have to create this new account. And once they have done so, they will be able to register the licence.
We can now email Screencheck:
and ask them to merge the 2 accounts into 1 for the customer. They will need some way to identify which 2 accounts to merge, so make sure to supply Screencheck with as much information as possible.
