If you receive the following error in BadgeMaker:
This is a known issue. The fix is to get the user to install version 2.10 of BadgeMaker and then upgrade from there to version 2.11.
You can find v2.10 in the following file path:
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\BarcodesInc\Digital ID - Technical Support\ID Badge Software\ScreenCheck BadgeMaker
The download is too large to attach to a ticket, so you will need to upload it to the SharePoint and then provide the download link to the customer.
