BadgeMaker Identity User name and password not remembered

If you i add a user name and password information at the log in box in BadgeMaker Identity , then click remember username and password, the information is not saved or the IP Address server setting try following these steps..

Badgemaker needs full access to the following directory's to be able to store the settings:

1: ProgramData\Screencheck

2: Users\"Username"\AppData\Roaming\ScreenCheck\BadgeMaker

Confirm that all users have this level of access.
