Instant ID Offline Activation Code

To request offline activation, please follow these steps on the PC:

• Select “Start” -> “All Programs” -> “Datacard” -> “Software Licensing System” -> “License Administrator”

• If your Product Key is not listed in License Administrator, click “Product Key” in the toolbar, select “Install”, enter your Product Key and click “OK”

• Right click on the Product Key and select “Request Activation Keys”

• Click “Export” to save the file as a .txt file

• Send the file to us

Our License team license@entrust.com can then provide an Activation File. Follow these steps to activate the Product Key on the new PC, once the Activation File is provided:

• Select “Start” -> “All Programs” -> “Datacard” -> “Software Licensing System” -> “License Administrator”

• Right click on the Product Key and select “Activate Product Key”

• Browse to the Activation File received from the License team and import it

• Log in to Instant ID and select “Settings” -> “License” menu

• Paste the product key into the “License” box provided

• Deselect the checkbox called “Product key has not been activated”

• Click “Activate”
