When the customer registered for free TruCredential Express (now called Instant ID Express), they would have received an email like the one attached, containing their Product Key.
They just need to do the following:
- Download Instant ID v8.1 using this link
- Once the software is installed, log in to the software, open the “License” menu, enter their Product Key and click “Activate”
- If online activation fails, open “License Administrator”, select “File” -> “Enter Contact Information” and enter information
- Then select “File” -> “Get License Server ID”, grab the License Server ID and send this to you along with their Product Key
We can then assist with offline activation or rehost, depending on whether the License Server ID has changed or not. The first rehost is free.
