Changing the driver for a 5127 or 5427UE / CP1000 encoder.

Open device manager and right click on the encoder, choose properties.

Click on the Driver Tab

Click the Update Driver button

Choose Browse my computer for driver software

Click Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer

Click on the Have disk button

Browse to the folder where the driver copied to:

C:\programfiles(x86)\HID Global\HID OK5x27 CK\pcsc driver

Choose the hidgcx64.inf file

Click OK

Select the Encoder driver from the list and click Next
