To assist we would need information and screenshots which outlines the products in use, the process being followed and the issues they are experiencing.  We would require;


-Reader model number

-Card model number

-Software version

-Screenshots of door configuration

-Screenshots of event log when reading the cards at a door – Not working 

-Screenshots of event log when reading the cards at a door – Working 

-Screenshots of event log showing Card numbers
