Issue with EULA agreement on the Magicard Driver

Modified on Mon, 20 Apr, 2020 at 2:32 PM

Regarding your issue with the EULA agreement on the Magicard Driver.

We have seen this before.

Since driver version V2.0.27 and onwards they must agree to the EULA.

It may have been Windows update that updated the driver without displaying the EULA for them to agree to.

No need to re-install though.

Just unplug the printer.

Go to Devices & Printers.

Right-click and remove the printer.

Plug it in again.

It will re-enumerate.

The first time you go to access the Printing Preferences / Printer Properties.

The user will be presented with the option to Agree.

NOTE! You will most likely need local admin rights (computer administrator) to be able to do this.

Let me know if you need anything further.
