Please check the below things.
- Remove the grease on the ribbon idler and related shaft and hole of gears.
The attached grease might become sticky, so please remove it with cloth clear.
Please refer to the attached picture, 'clean_grease_s30.png'.
- Even if you remove the grease but the movement of ribbon idler is not normal like attached video, please let me know.
