If you are experiencing any issues with your IDP smart series printer, not printing, the first thing to check should be the white RFID tag on the side of the ribbon:

The number highlighted will let you know if the ribbon is compatible with your printer.

Below is a list of all of the ribbon codes and their compatible printers

• 653361 - SMART 21

• 650634  - SMART 30/50

• 659366  - SMART 31/51

• 659111  - SMART 70

• 659339  - EasyBadge 1.0
  

There are other possible codes, the above examples are the main ones you may run into. If your code is not listed, please get in touch by raising a case with support@digitalid.co.uk and attach a picture of your tag and your printer's serial number (underneath printer) and we will be able to check the ribbon compatibility for you.
