On the Evolis Avanisa printer customer card settings for Transfer adn heat are made within the LCD menu.
If you are seeing white patchy areas (known as chipping) you can increase the transfer temperature to correct this.
Use a custom Card 1 setting in the LCD Menu to create a custom setting for the Transfer temperature.
- Switch from Normal Mode to User Mode (see section 4-1b).
- Press the Key until [Card Setup] is displayed. Press the SET Key.
- Confirm that [Card Type] appears. Press the SET Key.
- Change the settings by using the up/down arrows: CARD 1
When CARD 1 is selected, use the up/down arrows and the SET Key to select the transfer speed and transfer temperature:
- left value: transfer speed.
The higher the value, the higher the transfer speed is fast.
- Right value: transfer temperature.
The higher the value, the higher the transfer temperature is hot. Each unit is equal to 2 degrees of heat change.
Try changing the temperature value from 0 to 2
