To use the duplex functionality of your card printer first ensure you have a front and reverse on your EasyBadge template, then follow instruction for the manufacturer of your printer listed below.
IDP Smart Printer / EasyBadge Printer
1. In Windows browse or search for the ‘Devices and Printers’ folder.
2. Right Click the ‘IDP Smart 30/50/70 EasyBadge Printer’ driver and select ‘Printing Preferences’
3. On the ‘Side Media’ Tab on the ‘Sides’ Drop Down menu select Both (Top + Bottom) the click Apply and Ok
4. Restart EasyBadge application to ensure settings have been loaded into software.
HID Fargo DTC and HDP Printers
1. In Windows browse or search for the ‘Devices and Printers’ folder.
2. Right Click the ‘HDP / DTC Card Printer’ driver and select ‘Printing Preferences’
3. On the ‘Device Options’ Tab on the ‘Dual Sided’ Area tick ‘Print Both Sides’ box.
4. Restart EasyBadge application to ensure settings have been loaded into software.
Datacard SD360/460 CD815 Printers
1. In Windows browse or search for the ‘Devices and Printers’ folder.
2. Right Click the ‘XPS Card Printer driver and select ‘Printing Preferences’
3. On the ‘Layout’ Tab on the ‘Print Both Sides’ option select ‘ Flip on short Edge’.
4. Restart EasyBadge application to ensure settings have been loaded into software.
Magicard Printers
1. In Windows browse or search for the ‘Devices and Printers’ folder.
2. Right Click the ‘Magicard Rio Pro/Helix/Endure’ driver and select ‘Printing Preferences’
3. On the ‘Printer’ Tab select ‘Both Sides’ on the ‘Duplex Printing’ drop down option.
4. Restart EasyBadge application to ensure settings have been loaded into software.
Evolis Printers
1. In Windows browse or search for the ‘Devices and Printers’ folder ,
2. Right Click the ‘Evolis Primacy/Zenius driver and select ‘Printing Preferences’
3. On the ‘Options’ Page scroll to bottom and Set the duplex Mode to the required option.
4. Restart EasyBadge application to ensure settings have been loaded into software.
Zebra ZXP Card Printers
1. In Windows browse or search for the ‘Devices and Printers’ folder ,
2. Right Click the ‘Zebra ZXP 1/3/7/8’ driver and select ‘Printing Preferences’
3. On the ‘Page Setup’ tab and Set the ‘Print on Both Sides’ to ‘Yes’.
4. Restart EasyBadge application to ensure settings have been loaded into software.
