Issues with Dongle not being seen on Mac OS X

Please update cardPresso to the latest public 1.7.X version, available in our website.

Then, go to your system's Privacy & Security options, click on Full Disk Access and enable the cardPresso checkbox in the list.

Last but not least, refer to the attached technote that explains how to correctly format a cardPresso dongle and recover its license on macOS systems.

You can also refer to the respective documentation on how to prevent the cardPresso USB from going into a sleep mode and losing its license temporarily.
