Resolving dongle issues with Card Presso

Please update cardPresso to the latest version available from our 
Website (1.6.70).

Then, make sure that the USB license is correctly connected and detected on your computer and you don't have any antivirus or encryption software blocking the USB dongle.

Next, refer to the attached technote on how to format the cardPresso USB and recover the License online, for Windows or MAC OS.

Please note that this will erase all the information inside the USB dongle, so if you have any personal files inside it, we will suggest to backup them in another folder.

Once the license is recovered, restart the program to apply the changes.

If you aren’t able to format the USB and recover the license, kindly provide us a screenshot of any error messages while trying to format the dongle.

Please provide us also a screenshot of the Disk Management with the USB disk selected.

Kindly inform us of your results.


If necessary, please refer also to the attached technote that teach how to change the USB power options to prevent the USB enter in sleep mode.
