How do I capture a record?
Capture and print is used for creating a record and printing that record right away. Please note: if you already have the record in your system please use Search and Print as Capture and Print will not allow you to print a record that has already been created.
How to use Capture and Print
1. Select the print tab up in the blue banner.
2. Select Capture and Print and then choose the template you want to print.
3. Fill out the information for the record. This will automatically input that information onto the card.
4. Select the Save & Print button. This will then print your card and save the record into your EasyBadge Cloud account.
