Unfortunately EasyBadge Cloud does not interact with signature capture systems. This means that you will not be able to control or access the signature device while in EasyBadge Cloud - however you are able to upload image files captured by that system and use them within the cloud-based software.
The process to document signatures into your records in EasyBadge Cloud it listed below:
1 - When creating or defining your dataset, be sure to set a image field and label it as 'signature.'
2 - Capture the individual's signature using your Signature System pad and save it to your computer as an image file (jpg, png, etc).
3 - Select the record of the individual's signature and upload the image of the signature.
4 - Click Update to save the data changes
Make sure to add in a variable field onto your template and map that to the signature field.
