The first step (and this is applicable regardless of the OS) is to install / connect the Magicard 300 via USB locally.
It will enable you to configure the Static IP details via “Printing Properties” -> “Tools” like normal.
I’d suggest this is done on a conventional desktop rather than a server.
To confirm the Static IP has been deployed simply connect via LAN
Power cycle the Magicard 300
Navigate to the “Network info” via the LCD Menu.
For Server installations most IT Administrators prefer to use the bare admin files which can be found here:

The TCP/IP Port will need to be added via the “Add New Port” route.
Once the Port has been created you can “Add a new Printer”
You can choose “local printer” but the select the previously created TCP/IP Port.
Have Disk
Carefully choose the Magicard 300 (V2) in the Magicard list.
Finish the Add Printer wizard.
Test via the Confirm Status / Windows Test page feature
After this its really up to the IT Administrator how they choose to “share” or roll-out to local users.
