We have an excel file that has three columns, with data for the picture, name and number.
When this stopped working I looked at setting up the connection again but get the error below.
I am unsure on how this works and have tried to uninstall office reinstall office and also upgrade off. The information this it draws the picture from is on MS SharePoint on line.
That can happens when there is an office 64 bits installed.
You (they) can try a thing that can help reinstall a 32 bits database engine.

Take & download the 32 bits version, and directly install it over.
This one is the 2010 ones, so it will not tempter with any office 365 or newer version they have.
