The Privacy settings of the device decide what information is recorded about temperature readings. The settings are detailed on page 15 section 3.1.10 of the manual.
To access the settings do the following
1. Open up the Smart Pass Dashboard
2. click Device Management > Device List then click the tick box of the device you need to update the settings on.
3. Now click "More" button to the right of dashboard to access dropdown list and select "Privacy Settings"
3 Make sure all these settings are on if you want to record the temperature and personal info of people passing through the system.
