The recognition accuracy of the device can be adjusted to help with recognition
To access the settings do the following..
1. Open up the Smart Pass Dashboard
2. click Device Management > Device List then click the tick box of the device you need to update the settings on.
3. Now click the blue "Parameter Setting" button to the right of dashboard.
4. click OK to this message
5. Click on the Similarity setting then click "Sure" button to save the setting
