The recognition distance of the device sets the optimum length for face recognitions.
To access the settings do the following..
1. Open up the Smart Pass Dashboard
2. click Device Management > Device List then click the tick box of the device you need to update the settings on.
3. Now click the blue "Parameter Setting" button to the right of dashboard.
4. click OK to this message
5. Click on the Recognition distance setting and us the up/down arrows to alter the distance in increments of 10cm
then click "Sure" button to save the setting
