Load 'tracer' firmware (TWN4_xKx401_TRC223_Multi_Tracer.bix) on the reader, open Notepad, test the card and send us results along with expected number for this card.
Please use AppBlaster tool and the following procedure to update firmware:
- Connect TWN4 reader to host
- Start AppBlaster tool (from standard DevPack)
- Click on “Program Firmware Image” tab
- Click on “Select Image” and select firmware image from ...\TWN4DevPack401\Firmware\TWN4_xKx401_TRC223_Multi_Tracer.bix
- Click on Program Image button
- Start Notepad
- Put the card on the reader, there should be some data on Notepad
- Remove the card

To install driver usually, you just need to click on Install.bat file inside ...\TWN4DevPack401\Driver\
