Problems with card printer not working

Please try completely uninstalling cardPresso from all users on this computer.

To do it, please go to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features, right-click on cardPresso and click on Uninstall/Change.

The following window should be prompted:

 

 

Note that with the Delete all card document files option checked, the My Cards folder located in X:\Users\Username\Documents will be deleted, so ensure that you do not have any of your projects saved there or simply back them up.

 

In case you’re not being able to uninstall the program from the uninstalling wizard, go to %ProgramData%, X:\Program Files (x86) and %LocalAppData% and manually delete any cardPresso folders you find, including the My Cards folder.

 

Next, reinstall the latest cardPresso version available here:  CardPresso download.
 We suggest running the executable as an Administrator and installing the application for all users.

 

Also, try physically unplugging the problem printer, completely uninstalling it from the current system and cleanly reinstalling its latest driver version, restarting the computer if requested by the uninstall or install wizards.
