The issue shown is called blush point, where a dark colour finishes and then nothing is printed, this means the print head cannot dissipate all of the heat and the edge of the design is not as sharp as it could be.
The first thing to check would be to print the Fargo Test card from the driver printing preferences.
In Windows Browse to Devices and Printers > Right click driver and select printing preferences and on the card tab select
On this card the corner registration marks should be sharp like below.
Now try reducing the dye-sub intensity to remove some of the excess heat, on the Image Color tab as below.
This usually reduces colour bleed somewhat.
After that some trial and error in the advanced settings is required (which are found by clicking the Toolbox button on the card tab.)
there's no set rules, + or - a few units either way (then click apply) of the default 0 and check the output for improvement.
