How to dloanload a Diagnostic report on the Entrust Sigma

1. Click the Printer Dashboard link that gets installed or browse to the printers IP Address in a web browser

2. Log into the dashboard with the correct credentials

3 Click Help on the left menu > Contact Support >

4. Click the download but to download a HTML file containing info aboutthe printer.
