Firstly download the latest firmware from the link below:
If updating the firmware alone does not resolve the issue, then try syncing the ribbon sensors.
Navigate to the 'Support tools' section
In the 'command' box we want to type in Sa;r then hit 'Execute Command' and the Answer box should read 'OK' if it is successful.
Please note the Sa;r command is case sensitive, the S must be uppercase.
Once you have run this, do the exact same again, but this time, type Sa;c and execute that.
This will recalibrate the ribbon sensors, and in tandem with the firmware update should resolve many ribbon issues for the Primacy 2.
