The green LCD often happens if by accident the firmware got erased when upgrading
This can be recovered, we first need to see if the printer will boot into recovery mode, we do this by holding down the middle button under the LCD screen until some text is displayed:
If we can boot into recovery mode, then the next step is to generate a printer firmware update file via the printer upgrade tool:

Once we have the file, we need a picture of the printers electric plate label from the back of the machine:
Once we have both the label and the update request file, we can then email KIS support who will arrange a remote session with ourselves and the user to recover the firmware.
