How to install K30 drivers

Instructions for installing the Swiftpro K30

1. Firstly, ensure the core isolation is turned off on the users Windows device.
2. Download the latest drives from the official website: https://www.swiftpro-printer.com/support/k30-printer/
3. When you have downloaded the drivers, extract them from the zip file
4. Select the 'Legacy drivers' then extract the folder.
5. Select 'Setup'. Admin right will need to be provided.
6. run through the installation. Ensuring the printer is turned off until told otherwise, and that when prompted to close down all windows before continuring, please ensure you follow this instruction.
7. If you have followed all of these steps correctly, the driver should now be installed.

If you do not want to turn off core isolation, you will need the latest drivers and firmware (as of 21/08/2023), Please raise a case with us in order to arrange this.
