- The full name and/or email address of any previous users of the software
- Any alternate or previous names your organisation has operated under.
- The serial number of your card printer (usually found on the bottom of the machine)
- If EasyBadge is being used on the same machine as it previously has been, the device name (can be found by searching 'About your PC' in Windows
- Any original documentation such as invoices, receipts or emails.
