coloured If colourd flares appear on the leading edge of a printed card this could be the card stock hitting the print head as the card transits through the card path.
Check these points to correct this issue..
- Check the spec of the cards. They must meet the requirements for SwiftColor in size, thickness and printable surface material. It is recommended to use SwiftColor branded stock for the best results.
- Check cards are not warped and lie flat on a table surface
- Check Page Setup > Paper Type is set correctly depending on the medium being used.
- Check the Paper size is accurate for the card media being used.
