Follow the below guide if you ever get an error that references the 'Spooler/Spooling'.
Firstly, search for 'Services' In windows:
In the resulting window, now search for 'Print spooler' and right-click. If you are having trouble finding it, just start typing the word 'print' and it will automatically find it for you.
When you right-click, select 'Stop' wait for the pop up to finish loading. Once you have done this, right click again, but this time select 'Start' and wait once again for the loading screen to finish, this may take a bit longer than the initial loading screen.
Once you have done this your error should go away and you should be able to print again as normal. If the issue persists please get in touch with us at support@digitalid.co.uk
