Evolis Quantum 2 - Magnetic Encoding Issues

If your Evolis Quantum 2 ID card printer is not encoding correctly you will need to calibrate the encoder sensors on your printer.

Please note, a YMCKO ribbon must be installed to run the calibration.

To Calibrate your Printer

  1. Go to your devices and printer folder.
  2. Right click on the Pebble 4 and choose hoose printing preferences.
  3. Click on the Tools tab, then click Dialog with Printer.
  4. Type the command Sa;c (must be exact). Click enter on your keyboard to send the command.


The printer will then check the color sensor. The answer should be OK.
