To do the adjustment you will need to go into the service mode.
1. Remove both ribbon and film cartridge from the printer and close the front panel.
1. Hold down MENU and at the same time press UP, DOWN ,UP, DOWN to enter the service mode.
2. Press DOWN key once to display Sensor Check, then press SET
3. Press DOWN Key 4 times to display AUTO ADJUSTMENT , press SET to initiate the Auto Adjsutment
4. Pres MENU twice to see Exit Menu SET, press SET to exit.
5. re-install the ribbon and film cartridge.
The printer sensors should now be calibrated.
