To use the Magicard printers with Elatec encoder with cards Online you need to program the Smart card reader with a specific firmware. Instructions for this are below..
1. Download and extract https://elatec.com/devpack450
2. Run Appblaster.exe found in the downloaded folder
3. Click 'Program Firmware Image' > Select Image
4. Browse to attached firmware file TWN4_xPx401_S6SC160_Multi_CCID_6Slot_Standard.bix and click open
5. Click 'Program Image'
The encoder should then be available to select and work within Cards Online now
