If you are adding a new printer into Card Online Card Print Manager you have to select "Print direct to the printer" in the advanced tab of the driver.
Then when you have selected the card type and ribbon settings you have to select the new printer and click on the + button to add it to the printer list and you have to click on save to save it.
Also any driver preferences must be configured from the Advanced > Printing Defaults menu in the driver as the CPM only looks here for settings it needs to print.
