We are currently seeing a number of Magicard Pronto 100 printers arriving from the factory with issues reading the ribbon correctly.
The RFID board doesn't seem to be plugged into the motherboard correctly.
This is known by Magicard but will likely effect a lot of printers already in stock.
For the most part, we will need to get these back to repairs to fix. If it is with a trade customer, we may make the decision for them to rectify this.
