Card Exchange - Multipage Layout Designs

In Card Exchange you can have one design with many pages or "layouts" within it and use functions to automatically print the correct layout pages.

1. First you need to create a card design with a multiple layouts

2. Next the layout condition you set controls which design is shown based on the value of a field, but we also need to create a drop down list in one of the database fields, this is don't in the database connection wizard.

It can be a manually edited list in which case you can just add values there, or it could be a lookup table in a database in which case they will need to add the value to that table.

3. If the layouts are dual sided you will also need to ensure you tick

Does the preview of the back of the card show ok for the other layout?
If not, you can right-click on the preview and make sure that it is not set to show just one side. Choose Horizontal on Vertical to display both front and back.

Also I the card design make sure that the new layout has page two checked as “backside” under page layout.
