The Evolis Print Centre is not available on Mac, so you need to use a command to do it.
If you open the "Printer and scanners" options on a Mac, select the Evolis printer, go to the settings and use the Open Printer Utility option.
This should open the cmd window with the options for sending commands to the printer.
The command you need to use is

Where <sn> is the new printhead serial number, as found on the label on the printhead, or on the card it came with. Evolis commands are always case sensitive.
Once you put this in, the reply from the printer should prompt a clean. When doing a clean you should open and close the lid of the printer afterwards as cleaning the printhead is part of the cleaning process. Otherwise the printer will not think the clean is finished.
Once this is done and there is no cleaning light on the printer anymore, you can send the command "St" to print the technical test card. If done correctly the Printhead Kit Number should have increased by 1.
