Setting IDP Smart 51 to eject from the back or printer

To set the IDP Smart 51 to eject out of the back into the hopper take the following steps…

1. Insert the Install CD and browse onto it and look for the utilities folder and run the CardPrinterConfig.exe

You can download the CD from hear if you do not have access to the CD,

2. Double click and run the CardPrinterConfig.exe and when it opens click OK past the password. (no password is set)

3. Click the large fly out button on the right of the window to expand the settings window.

4. Set the following settings highlighted below..

• Card Out  = Back
• Flipper Cover Open =  Ignore
• Initial Flipper Angle = 0  (if you have Smart 51 D (Dual sided printer)

5.  Now click the Set Config button. The printer will reboot and the settings should be applied and the printer will eject into the 100 card output stacker.
