If you have an issue with EasyBadge we can request you send us a Schema file to help us diagnose the issue. This is really easy to do.
1. In the EasyBadge program window click the menu button (3 lines top left)
2. Look down the menu for “tools” and click this option
3. on the next menu click ‘Send Schema’.
4. On the send schema form please fill out all the details requested.
This will send us details of the structure of your database file and help diagnose the issue.
None of the data like photos of names in the database will be sent.
